You Will:
- AWS infrastructure installation, configuration, integration services
- AWS infrastructure development in the form of Infrastructure as a code
- Perform tasks and handle incidents referred to the IT Operations team
- Service executed in the form of providing a dedicated team with named engineers
- On-call duty on a weekly shift
Knowledge of / experience with:
- Involvement with incident management and response
- Development with Python, Go or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with multi-account AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with containers based on either ECS or EKS platform
- Good knowledge with hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably based on Gitlab, Github)
- Good understanding of blue/green, rolling updates and canary deployments models
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, CloudWatch
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- Hands-on experience with Transit Gateway, ALB, NLBs
- Hands-on experience with WAFs (Web Application Firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with applications performance monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- A "can-do" attitude and eager to constantly deliver things smarter
- General willingness to help customers while they're struggling with technical problems
- AWS Certifications
- Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management
- Excellent verbal skills (English) and a human-friendly approach
