Your responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT area
- Actively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other channels
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Closely collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to define recruitment needs
- Creating attractive job ads and employer branding materials
- Using modern recruitment tools and methods (ATS, sourcing tools, social media)
- Monitoring trends in the IT job market and recommending improvements in recruitment processes
- Supporting administrative and HR-related tasks
- Participating in HR projects, employer branding initiatives, and team integration activities
Knowledge of / experience with:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Practical knowledge of sourcing methods and ability to reach passive candidates
- Basic understanding of IT technologies
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to conduct professional, partnership-based conversations with candidates
- Independence, proactivity, and good organizational skills
- Communicative level of English and Polish
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
